RESPONSIBILITIES

  · Design a communications strategy to effectively promote sales of products by making full use of publicity, advertising and digital communications.

  · Discuss a marketing plan with the internal sales team and develop a communications plan accordingly, by effectively combining publicity, advertising, web and social media activities.

  · Initiate marketing plans and execute the plan in cooperation with distributors.

  · Review and evaluate the communications plan from market perspectives (distribution-, consumer-, and competitor-perspective) and improve upon it.

  · Obtain market assessment of the products (from distribution-, consumer-, and competitor-perspective) through execution of the communication plans.

  · Provide ongoing support of all campaigns including reporting, analysis and optimization of sales & marketing channels recommendations

  · Proactively make strategic digital marketing campaign recommendations

  · Measure and analyze performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), audience growth, content reach, audience engagement, sales, etc.

  · Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels

  · Monitor trends in online marketing tools, applications, channels, design and strategy

  · Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors

REQUIREMENT

  · At least a Degree in Marketing or related Marketing disciplines.

  · Minimum 5 years of working experience in marketing and digital marketing, preferably for FMCG (Fashion or Electronics Product) or in similar industry for B2B/B2C businesses.
