Responsibilities:

  · Review and manage non-performing account from 91 days onwards to curb the account from termination and write off

  · Conduct investigation and regimented calling on more than 91 days delinquent accounts to trace the whereabouts of missing defaulters/vehicles

  · Discussion with debtors on repayment scheme or restructuring of loan to update arrears

  · Review files and initiative site visits, legal notices to trace the whereabouts of uncontactable customers and untraceable vehicle

  · Ensure timeliness of issuance of repossession order, effectiveness of follow up with repossessor on the outcome of the repossession. Provide recommendation of repossession fee for Management's approval

  · Initiate and monitor the legal proceedings and court order against customers (NPL account) to meet the timeline of writing off the account before 330 delinquency days.

Requirements:

  · Diploma holder with at least 2 year of working experience in Banking/Debt Collection industry
