Responsibilities:

• Collect hiring requirements and source suitable candidates for job opportunities

• Research and map the market using effective sourcing channels and professional recruitment procedures to identify suitable candidates for each job requirements

• Engage and manage candidates throughout the entire recruitment cycle

• Generate leads for sales consultants to follow up

• Build up candidate database for audit and risk

• Arranging and coordinating interviews for qualified candidates

• Assist data entry of the candidate's information into our system

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any discipline

• At least 2 - 3 years of prior working experience in related field
