Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle including creating attractive job advertisements, screening, shortlisting, interview arrangement, conducting interviews either via phone or face to face, employment background check

• Managing all assigned recruitment requisitions within the given timeline

• Fluent in using various social medias in sourcing

• Work closely with the management to plan and execute recruitment activities

• Conduct daily follow up calls to potential candidates from shortlisted resumes

• To assist in developing recruiting strategy or solutions

• To assist in developing network of candidates with internal and external resources

• To assist in ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma in any field.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in BPO/ call centre environment with team leader/ supervisory skills
