Job details
Monitoring the day to day commercial performance of each account .
Resolving any conflicts that may arise with clients .
Responsible for the complete project life cycle of catering to the client's requirements
starting from understanding the needs (contractual and commercial); sourcing &
screening through sourcing specialists, scheduling / conducting interviews, candidate
finalization and mobilization date confirmation followed by handing over to contracts
and logistics section
Coordinates directly with the Clients regarding job vacancies.
Sourcing validates of Candidates locally and internationally.
• Dealing with every day submission and deadlines.
• Prepare offer letter & contract for the selected candidates.
• Assist selected candidates, on the submission of requirements, signing of contract, to
placement and other concerns .
• Discuss the details of the offer letter to the selected candidate.
• Inform and assist candidate with the submission of requirements.
• Proper coordination with the clients regarding the mobilization of successful candidate.
• Prepares necessary documents for the changes of the status of the employed candidate.
• Conducts induction for the new joine
