- More than 20 years in the field of Human Resources preferably a generalist and has handled the full spectrum of HR from hire to fire. (Recruitment, Training and Development, Benefits and Compensation, Employee and Labor Relations).
- Industry exposure preferably from the health care industry but not a requirement. Other industry exposures will be considered.
- Reporting directly to the CEO
