The position shall be responsible in handling corporate accounts. Look after customers needs and respond to client feedback and complaints.

• Enhance Business (footfalls) for designated clinics by means of flyers, SMS, Rollups, Banners, Posters, Information leaflets 
  
• Gather and organize information to plan advertising campaigns as part of Business Development initiatives 
  
• Increase footfall & revenue of designated Hospital 
  
• Monitor performance (Target achievement) 
  
• Assist to Plan and prepare advertising & promotional material to increase sales of health packages and working with customers, company officials, sales departments and advertising agencies 
  
• Promote specific doctor/ department to meet their financial goals / target 
  
• Handle Sales Inquiries via emails, phone calls ;
  
• Execute SMS and E Mail Blasts 
  
• Handle queries in targeted turnaround time 
  
• Coordinate with internal Doctor for handling queries 
  
• Achievement of Budgeted Numbers and collections 
  
• Maintain an average call rate per day 
  
• Promote Clinical services to Referral Doctors and enhance Referral Doctors 
  
• Execute promotional activities -CME, Focus group Meet 
  
• Tie-ups for Speciality clinics/Chest pain clinics ;
  
• Coordinate with community connect team for events management 
  
• Conduct camps/CMEs 
  
• Handle reimbursements to facilitators 
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent 
  
• At least 1 year experience gained from healthcare/hospital industry 
  
• Previous experience handling corporate accounts management is required for this position 
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  
• Excellent customer service orientation 
  
• Computer literate 
  
• Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City
