We are a leading provider of professional services to regional clients within the Middle East region. We are currently looking for a self-motivated and talented human resource manager to join our organization. A true generalist, in this position, you will work with the various departments across the organization and will be responsible to manage all areas of human resources within the company. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, with brilliant organizational skills and leadership to create and enforce HR best practices into the company.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop, implement, and manage policies and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, recruiting, compensation, labour relations, benefits, training, and employee services on behalf of the company.

  • Manage the complete employee life cycle from the human resource perspective within the company.

  • Deliver day to day operational support and guidance to managers for employee relations, development, resourcing and reward in line with group, divisional and site practice & procedure & ensuring legislative compliance at all times.

  • Proactively supporting the department heads in the implementing of the functional people plan to improve performance.

  • Coaching Line Managers within the organisation advising on best practices adopted with succession planning and strategy.

  • Lead the recruitment process ensuring that vacancies are planned for & filled in line with company procedures.

  • Design, implement and manage the induction process of all new employees.

  • Reinforcing a high-performance culture by challenging & coaching managers to appropriately apply performance and development principles and tools.

  • Provide HR support for all projects as required to drive timely execution and within budget from and HR perspective.

  • Oversee the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.

  • Handle all compensation and benefits matters including pay reviews, benchmarking, market analysis and implementation in coordination with line managers.

  • Promoting and driving diversity and equality across the organisation.

  • Select and implement an HR management system that meets top management information needs.

  • Management reporting and HR budget presentation.
