Executive Secretary - Role and responsibilities


Definition of success: To work with senior management team of Revenue Cycle for Healthcare Consulting (RCH -Local Consultancy) in partnership with Kaplan Genesis (Kap Gen- curriculum consultancy and training company) and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Ministry of Health (MOH- the client) and their operations teams to;

• Help complete the Graduate Recovery Program within the time frame and budget for 1 year

• Build a strong working relationship on behalf of RCH with KapGen and with MoH senior management and healthcare institutions so that RCH/KapGen becomes the preferred partner for any new or continuing business opportunities.

Functional responsibilities:

• A coordinating role between senior management of RCH/KG and MoH to synchronise and manage all activities related to training and workshops.

• Build and maintain the relationship between all key stakeholders

• Performing general secretarial office duties including:

  Taking minutes

  Writing / responding emails

  Working with Excel spreadsheets

• Assist with English / Arabic translation

• Clearly communicate, support and in-country Kap Gen Project Manager and RCH on a regular basis to inform on progress, potential risks and areas of concern

• To undertake other tasks as MoH /RCH management might allocate


Project specification: Specific job related responsibilities (include but not limited to):

• Maintain a close working relationship on behalf of RCH and their project team led by Ahmed Raia (RCH MD)with KapGen team led by KapGen PM and MoH

• Build and maintain a close relationship with key scientific committee members and add ongoing support to curriculum development where necessary

• Liaise with KapGen senior management team, KapGen SME's, the KapGen TTT team, and support their in country welfare on behalf of RCH who are responsible for all project logistics including KapGen staff travel and accommodation, training venues, equipment and catering requirements for courses and events

• Assist preparing ,designing and producing a high quality 'Playbook' that documents the entire project from start to finish

• Through RCH and Kaplan LPD help organise the production and delivery of TTT training programme materials (booklets, slides, reports), and be responsible for their quality

• Assist RCH/KapGen/MoH with delivering continual trainer quality assurance audits, assessment and reviews once the program goes live

Position and deployment is for a single person

Age: 23-30


Skills:

• Bilingual English/Arabic written and spoken

• Proven work experience preferably within the L&D sector

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Key terms:

• Title: Executive Secretary- MoH Health Graduate Program 2017

• Employer will be RCH and will report to RCH MD

• Residential visa sponsored by RCH& MoH

• Start date: Immediate deployment -after July 2nd 2017. Initial 1 year tenure.

• Salary: 3,500 USD per month

• Accommodation (1 bed serviced apartment) in Riyadh centre

• All Saudi public holidays plus ( TBC) working days paid leave per tenure

• Two return economy tickets per tenure from home to Riyadh including deployment

• Addition to the RCH group medical insurance plan

• Personal and travel insurance cover

• End of service bonus and any gratuity payment due under KSA labor law
