Duties and Responsibilities
- The Outbound Sales Specialist assists in developing and facilitating the proposal process for specific clients
- The Outbound Sales Specialist will create and build client relationships to generate new sales opportunities. This includes researching prospective clients, identifying key players, generating interest, presenting our Recruiting services and setting an appointment for our Senior Sales ;
Skills and Qualifications
- At least a High school Graduate
- At least 3-5 years experience in a BPO, preferably B2B, outbound sales, marketing or business development experience in a business services environment. Recruiting, staffing, RPO background is a plus.
- Proven track record and stable work history in achieving established sales and business development targets, with a strong client orientation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Other Notes
- No hard selling, just scheduling of appointments
- Supervisory level but will be an individual contributor
