Responsibilities:

• To carry out pre-contract and post-contract for tenders and projects.
  
• Checking, measuring and taking off quantity.
  
• Preparing estimation cost planning, analysis and monitoring and site meeting.
  
• Able to work independently in preparation of claims, variation claims, final accounts and progress payment.
  
• Conversant with the construction drawings and contracts documents.
  
• Competent and good in taking off/measurement.
  
• Well versed in progress claim and valuation of sub-contract work.
  

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.

• At least 5-8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  
• Preferably with experience in highrise buildings.
