Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Setting the tone for all guests for their entire Food and Beverage experience
Seat guests in a manner that every guest will receive the most optimum level of service
Ensure to get guest details, wherever possible ( Follow sequence of service )
Following up on opening and closing checklists
Maintain the table management and guest profile data
Ensure outlet cleanliness at all times
Ensure outlet tabletops are set to standard
Ascertain feedback from guests both internal and external
Assist service when required
Be familiar with all outlets offerings in terms of Food and Beverage, recommend daily specials
Assist the cashier when required
Ensure awareness and deliver the optimum levels of service and guest satisfaction
Ensure all hotel property and facilities are maintained an in an optimal working order
Understand all POS systems
ADMINISTRATION
Create and follow a telephone etiquette process
Establish and maintain effective employee relationships
Maintaining all outlet records (including the outlet notice board)
