Reporting to
Assistant Manager - Retail Sales
Key Responsibilities
• Handle Retail Sales and exceed targets set for various batches, catering to:
o Walk in clients / Incoming calls / Outgoing calls to enquiries generated from marketing activities
• Follow up with prospective clients systematically and diligently
• Conduct the entire sales process from lead generation and negotiation, to closing and post-sales follow up
• Reporting and suggesting improvements to management
• Input data into CRM for all leads and contacts
• Performing competitor and market analysis
• Arrange and execute marketing/sales events, seminars, and workshops
• Sale of study materials to students (books, CDs)
• Any ad-hoc support required by Management
Qualifications
• Graduate
Experience
• Ideally 2 years of work experience in Sales in a B2C environment
• Experience in Education product sales is preferable
• Worked in an environment with sales targets
Competencies
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• Numerical ability and commercial awareness
• Ability to learn rapidly
• Friendly, adaptable and cooperative
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Intermediate level of technical proficiency and computer literacy particularly with
• Word, Excel and PowerPoint
