1-Maintain and develop the warehouse policies and procedures.
2-Plan out all the warehouse resources and activities in relation to the company's objective and targets and ensure the efficiency of the warehouse operation system that goes along with the company's current expansion plans.
3-Develop new warehouse operation forms that ease and organize the day to day operational transactions.
4-Manage the cost reduction principle in all the aspects of warehouse transactions.
5-Maintain effective classification system that applies physical classification for all the stored items of similar nature and store it in pre-designated locations for ease access and optimization of effort and time.
6-Promote full knowledge of materials (Description, specifications, quantity ,quality and expiry dates)
7-Manage stock control, stock received, returns, transfer, and retrieval, damaged and expired stocks and ensure proper documentation for all the warehouse transactions.
8-Audit scheduled and special stock count for all the stocks.
9-Coordinate with the retail managers and outlets for any in/out stock transfer.
10-Implement efficient record keeping that ensures goods issued out or received with proper documentation.
11-Conduct periodic analysis and Produce all inventory reports, cycle count and inventory adjustments, stock valuation reports in coordination with the operation manager of retail and the CEO.
12-Managing and controlling the warehouse team by planning delegate and review the warehouse activities Scheduling shifts, control and report daily absence, overtime, incentives, and issues for the staff and ensure all the shifts are operating in a correct and effective manner.
13-Managing all the company's vehicles and report to the leasing department on monthly basis vehicles issues, maintenance, mileage, driver issues, branding, registration, fines and petrol consumption, petty cash, petrol consumption, and telephone allowance for drivers.
14-Maintain electricity, pest control, fire safety of the warehouse and efficient housekeeping for the ware house and the surrounding areas.
15-Upholds and maintain high level of customer service standard that ensure the highest customer satisfaction and ensure the timely delivery of goods for all the customers and the locations.
16-Process purchase requisitions / orders for nonfood and food items, materials, software and equipment.
17- Invite, assess, and recommend supplier who provides best price, quality, quotations, and proposal.
18- Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions, and maintain supplier relationships. Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists
19-Conduct quality check on all the received items from the suppliers and the outlets.
20- Work with internal departments to determine procurement needs, quality, and delivery requirements
21-Assist in the development of specifications for equipment, materials, and services to be purchased
22- Administer contract performance, including delivery, receipt, warranty, damages and insurance.
23-Conduct procurement forecasting and analysis. Preparation of Purchase Order.
24-Control and monitor the expiry date for new and damaged items with GDWP.
25-Manage the distribution of the materials to all the outlets and prepare sampling reports.
26-Monitor the stock level material.
27-Conducting periodically inventory checking for sampling stock.
28-Responsible for the Legalization and BTL (below the line)
29- Raise LPO's local and international; posting GRN.
30-Follow-up with the payments to accounts for the suppliers.
31-Responsible for Staff transportation management.
31-Follow-up with suppliers the new products, promotions and revised prices.
