Job details
Knowledge of Windows, and general desktop support issues
Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP and other networking concepts.
Experience with Raid for the server and User Administration, Monitoring, Back Ups,
Resolving escalated customer complaints.
Maintain user login accounts(Active Directory)
Hardware and Software troubleshooting
Configuring windows firewall options.
Configuring & Maintenance of various network services DHCP, DNS.
Creating Users, groups and working on permission for users files and directory and
creating file system Quotas
