The Logistics Administrator is responsible in providing administrative support to the client. The role also entails managing and maintaining appointments and schedules, execute written and verbal instructions, and any other specialized business service as required by maintaining high quality of work under rigorous pressure and meet set deadlines.


POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• Liaising with multiple suppliers regarding the timely supply of accurate product information and imagery for entry into SAP and Central

• Data entry into SAP and Central of order information once orders have been placed

• Updating SAP with order updates as notified by shipping agents

• Booking of Quality Control inspections through 3rd party websites

• Assisting the Import Buyer with the re-order process and making suggestions of product to be re-ordered based of analysis of previous sales

• Formatting data with excel submission sheets to prepare new products for uploading including accurate descriptions, dimensions, features, pricing and image file labeling

• Accurately preparing special price loading using excel to support regular promotions

• Ensuring on-site accuracy of all product information and images at all times, to maximize sales and customer satisfaction

• Ensure all documentation required are prepared and delivered within established deadlines

• Demonstrate excellent customer and team member service reflecting on the client's values

• Ensure that requirements are implemented and maintained

• Communicate with stakeholders and staff members with empathy, compassion, and professionalism

• Any other task/duty as directed by client/management



POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's College Degree

• At least 2 to 3 years of relative work experience in administrative capacity and other related field

• Relevant experience in data entry and file maintenance, transcription, delivering customer service, report collation, and writing

• Background and industry experience in retail, logistics, stock control, wholesale, and inventory is a plus

• Deliver high level of data accuracy and high data entry key stroke

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications particularly Microsoft Excel

• Working knowledge of data entry systems especially SAP is an advantage

• Must have strong attention to detail, can work well under pressure

• Has excellent time management and prioritization skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to be flexible to changing demands and challenges and exercise initiative

• Exercise empathy and diplomatic exchange in all working relationships

• Must have an active passport and is amenable for travel
