Job details
Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution
• Identifying, assessing customers' needs and build sustainable relationships of trust through interactive communication
• Responsible for daily administration duties for the Company and comply with SOP to ensure smooth running of daily operation.
• Support and follow up proactively on each assigned case to meet the Service Level Agreement
• Coordinate and implement office systems and procedures
• To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Self -motivated, positive attitude and excellent problem solving skills
• Required language (s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Preferred language(s): Chinese
• Applicants must be willing to work in 3 Two Square, Petaling Jaya.
