• Conduct System Integration to deliver complete solution as per client's requirement.
• Manage all aspects of post-sale implementation of a project.
• Manage project requirements.
• Manage communication between the internal and external teams.
• Manage Customer Relationship, delivery of highly visible services that contribute significantly to achievement of customer satisfaction, cost, expense and other business objectives.
• Design and review Functional Design Documents (FDD).
• Effectively explain requirements to Technical resources for development.
• Conduct meetings with the internal teams for progress and reporting.
• Undertake User Acceptance testing
• Perform activities to achieve sign-off from customer.
• Prepare and review help documents for customers.
• Performing activities for the timely completion of projects within allotted time, with in scope with client satisfaction.
• Provide guidance, motivation, and mentorship to the team members.
• To perform any additional Responsibilities assigned.
