This is a contract position in Keywords Singapore Studio.
We are seeking Singaporeans and applicants eligible to work in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
• Query handling of tickets raised by customers in Korean and English in order to communicate with the Korean-speaking customers
• Representing the company as the first point of contact for the client's customers
• Ability to meet targets and deadlines
• Ability to work within a team and have an honest and valuable input towards the team structure
• Research bug reports and provide information and reproduction steps for QA
• Ensure compliance of player base with the game rules (ToS, Conduct Policies)
• Interact with and engage players by communicating with them on live chats, forums & social media platforms
• Update the communities regarding server downtime, maintenance, special offers & game updates
QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements:
• Excellent writing skills in English and Korean in order to communicate with the Korean-speaking customers
• Good knowledge of various social media (Wechat, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, blogs and forums)
• Prior Customer service/call center experience would be preferred
• Interest in video games will be a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
Other Information:
• 12 months contract (renewable)
• Working Hours: 8-hours rotating shift, 5 days per week (including weekend work)
• Shortlisted candidates will be required to go through linguistics tests (Korean & English)
