Responsibilities:

• Daily Operation (Shipping)
  
• To monitor container request movement
  
• To monitor daily container shunting
  
• To monitor closing time containers
  
• To liaise closely with haulage drivers
  
• Close communication with internal and external customers
  
• Compliance
  
• Daily Operation (WB)
  
• To ensure weighing is being done correctly in the system
  
• To ensure abnormalities of vehicles are checked physically
  
• Close communication with internal and external customers
  
• To report to supervisor or HOD on abnormalities
  
• Daily Operation (Bulk Planning)
  
• Coordination of tankers for collection & deliveries
  
• To communicate to internal & external customers on status
  
• Compilation of documentation (wb ticket, 3 cargoes etc)
  
• Compilation of reports
  

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level, any field. Dip in Logistics / Supply Chain / Transportation would be an added advantage.
  
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field will have added advantage
  
• Fresh grads will also be considered
  
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  
• Willing to work in Port Klang
