Risk/audit Officer - Preferably Banking Sector

As a support to the Quality & Risk Manager, the Risk Officer is committed to the development and implementation of the Risk Management System and the Change Control Management system. To continually strive to improve the effectiveness of the systems once implemented. - Support the implementation of the Risk Management System and the Change Control Management System across the organization - Define and update the hazard log and the risk register, and review the risk register, hazard log, and Risk and Change Management Systems, taking into account lessons learned and continuous improvement - The evaluation of hazards and risks associated n The assessment of the level of risks - The identification of risk mitigation measures (eliminating or reducing) - The monitoring of results and efficiency of the mitigation measures n Also support the change holders for: Assessing the opportunities and impacts of the change, based on the risk register & identifying the approvals necessary (internal, external) - Going through the change process and development plan and co-ordination necessary - Prepare the report on the performance of the risk and change function for the Quality & Risk Manager to report to management **Salary**: QAR9,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month **Experience**: - Maintaining Risk Management System: 3 years (required) - Managing change control processes: 3 years (required) - Maintaining building/deploying management systems: 3 years (required) - ISO 31000: 3 years (required)
