Procurement Officer or Assistant CAT Manager - 1 5000 - 6000QAR FUll Package (negotiable) Any nationality - M/F 8 hours plus 1 hour BT - 6days a week Work Location - Salwa Road QID with NOC is preferred Acknowledged resignation letters are accepted (ADLSA processing) Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in business, or accounting is a plus, but not a must. - Fluency in English. - Years of experience: 3-5 FMCG experience. Preferably, in a similar distribution set-up. Duties and Responsibilities: - Ensuring timely placing and receiving of orders through liaising externally with suppliers and internally with supply chain. - Planning the company demand in line with the sales forecast and the desired stock level. - Liaising with supply chain to ensure that the ordered products and the documents fully comply with the applicable regulations, especially when dealing with new suppliers, importing new brands, or purchasing the goods from new sources. - Interfacing with finance to ensure making prompt payment on time after aligning with the category manager. - Providing the required reports to the management. **Job Type**: Permanent **Salary**: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month Application Question(s): - Are you in Qatar? **Experience**: - procurement: 3 years (preferred) - FMCG industry: 3 years (preferred)
