**Warehouse Manager - 01 (Long Term Project)** **The qualification requirements, Roles and Responsibilities**: **Warehouse expertise** - Demonstrated previous experience managing warehouse logistics for technical equipment based on WMS and product knowledge_is mandatory_ - Understand product specification and characteristics to be able to ensure proper product identification for inbound / stock control / picking processes. - Experience in WMS (Warehouse Management System) as advanced user is _mandatory_. - Demonstrated progress in managing and developing team for operational excellence and continuous improvement. - Work experience as warehouse manager at least 2 years. - Selecting and qualifying carriers and Mechanical Handling Equipment providers - Documents preparation / validation for domestic and international transportation **Personal Profile** - Demonstrated to take the lead and initiative. - Language requirements: - **English good working knowledge **and communication_is mandatory_ - Arabic - basic spoken knowledge _is desired_ - Russian good working knowledge and communication _as complimentary advantage_ - Technical / Engineering education is an _advantage_ - Ability to read technical Drawings is an _advantage. _ Duties and responsibilities include but limited to: **Warehouse Experience must be demonstrated in following activities**: - Experience in organizing warehouse facility operations (e.g. opening or relocation) - Set up warehouse layout and working zones - Recommend and select appropriate equipment for storage and handling to minimize costs and provide required operational efficiency. - Workload analysis, planning and controlling to plan manpower requirements and utilization - Organize and ensure proper work of outsourcing personnel (who has no product knowledge) to perform accurate and careful inbound/outbound handling. - Implementation of performance and quality measurement for all operations - Organize inventory control and stocktaking. - Selecting and qualifying companies to ensure partner reliability for Mechanical Handling Equipment and transportation services. Prepare and validate all shipping documents for domestic and international all modes of transport (truck, air, sea) including: way-bills, invoices, packing lists, certificates. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: - Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
