Restaurant Supervisor

Reporting to the Restaurant Assistant Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: - Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service. - Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way. - Maintain proper telephone and mail etiquette at all times. - Have full knowledge of beverage lists. - Record guest orders accurately and efficiently while honouring all special requests. - Handling all Guest’s booking prior to arrival. - Handling Guests complaint. - Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards. - Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods. - Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage. - Supervise and observe the team of front house. - Other duties as assigned. - Salary range 4000QAR. Ability to commute/relocate: - Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Language**: - English (preferred)
