Just a stone’s throw from the many favorite sights of the Qatari capital, the hotel will welcome guests and locals to experience its 283 guest rooms, including suites and serviced apartments, and to enjoy a multitude of unique dining options. **Your day to day** In this role, you will have overall responsibility for supervising and inspecting the work or assigned room and/or public area attendants to ensure product quality standards are met and that optimum service is provided to hotel guests. You will assist with scheduling and room assignments to ensure proper coverage while you ensure all staff are properly trained and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their respective job duties. You will also inspect storage rooms and room attendant carts for neatness, cleanliness, adequate supplies, and good repair and control expenses and minimize waste within all areas of housekeeping. You will complete paperwork and closing duties such as filling out supply requisitions, maintenance request forms, and updating log books etc. and may perform all housekeeping duties necessary including making beds and vacuuming and cleaning guest rooms to ensure guest satisfaction. You may regularly assist with deep cleaning projects. **What we need from you** Ideally, you'll have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role in a four or five-star hotel or comparable industry, ability to demonstrate working with and engaging teams from different cultures, strong verbal and written communication skills You will need to be available to work different shifts times.
