Description
**RESPONSIBILITIES** - Direct an aggressive sales/marketing program to achieve budgeted sales volume at maximum profit with minimum expense. - Maintain accounts receivable at an acceptable level through weekly review with corporate divisional credit manager. - Effectively manage an independent Sales Representative network within assigned territory. Maintain an agent evaluation/development program to improve the agent in his/her areas of weakness. - Regularly identify and evaluate competition as to price levels, service, product range, and quality as applicable to Valmont customers. - Ensure appropriate follow-up on inquiries utilizing Inside Sales Representatives and Manufacturer’s Agents. - Develop personal management abilities including product knowledge, organization of time and travel, and the ability to identify and solve problems. - Effectively handle claims and customer complaints within specified area as per company policy. **Qualifications**: - Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or related field - 5 years of experience in Sales management or the same field. - Contributed to on-going marketing strategy and analysis, with a goal of continuous improvement - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment - Pro-activeness, accountability, and a positive attitude - Excellent Arabic & English in verbal and written communication skills Ability to commute/relocate: - Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Bachelor's (required) **Experience**: - Sales Manager: 5 years (required) **Language**: - Arabic & English (required)
