Logistics Coordinator

Responsible for booking transportation, machinery, manpower for various event sites / locations. - Daily job entails speaking to suppliers on a daily basis. - Liaising with Venue Managers, warehouse team for coordination of deliveries as per schedule. - Required to monitor each delivery from dispatch from yard to arrival to locations. - Responsible for system management, data entry of the BOQ to system, generating delivery notes for each delivery. - Capturing costs on a daily basis as per machinery and transport required. - Assist on requirements for Permit to Work Applications. - Experience in handling Forklifts to 100ft Cranes. **Job Type**: Temporary Contract length: 4 months **Salary**: QAR8,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: - Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Application Question(s): - Are you interested in short term - temproray contract? - Do you have driving license? - How many years experience in Logistics ?
