Quantity Surveyor

Corniche Towers Trading & Contracting We are a Construction Company looking to recruit Quantity Surveyor Requirements and skills: - Proven working experience - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Must have Qatar Driving Licence - Perfect in English both Written and Spoken - Valid QID - NOC Job Description for Quantity Surveyor 1. In charge of managing all costs related to the projects from the first calculations to the final numbers. 2. Measure and value the work done on site: Check the drawings received from site and be sure that is right, if there is some error inform his supervisor, have also to negotiate with all kinds of people, from site workers 3. Collect and analyze data in order to estimate the time, money, materials, and labor required to deliver the project. 4. Following Payment certificate and be sure that we received it at time (maximum 3 week form submittal invoice). 5. Maintain the scanned copies for all received document in Dropbox. 6. Prepare report for All materials used at site and make comparison between this materials and stock. 7. Give indicator and warning for any materials that exceed theoretical consumption. 8. Maintain the productivity target. 9. Payment Follow up if necessary. 10. Cost control. 11. Prepare daily report for consumption materials, labor and equipment at site. 12. Prepare report for management as requested 13. Prepare invoices, following the situation of invoices and payment certificate 14. Prepare report of comparison between submitted invoices, approved from main contractor, and explain the cause of difference. 15. Should be corporate with all team and with any request from management. 16. Update your supervisor about your daily tasks 17. Visits the job sites if necessary to assess the project’s progress. **Desired Skills & Experience** Bachelor's Degree, Qatar Driving License, Valid QID, NOC **Job Type**: Contract Contract length: 24 months **Salary**: QAR4,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month COVID-19 considerations: All applicants are required to wear masks. **Education**: - Diploma (preferred) **Experience**: - Quantity Surveying: 2 years (preferred) **Language**: - English/Arabic (preferred) License/Certification: - Qatar Driving Licence (preferred)
