Facility Management Supervisor

Responsible for repair & maintenance of facility equipment. - Supervises the efficient flow of maintenance and repair work orders through work facilities. - Ensure updated operation procedures for every process, and training of all personnel. - Delegating cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members. - Scheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors. - Maintaining day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders. - Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed. - Ensures all policies and procedures of the facility are enforced. - Conducts regular walk through of the facility to assist visual maintenance and security. - Performs related duties as required - Coordinating with vendor for regular pest control activities - Developing and implanting facility management plan for the company - Other duties as required by the management. Ability to commute/relocate: - Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
