About the role: Key Responsibilities: - Review functional and non-functional requirements and recommend / develop technology frameworks.- - Strong solution design skills to build scalable, resilient and sustainable solutions.- Manage a team of IT technical resources and ensure timely delivery of solutions.- Ensure that quality control activities (including NFR testing) are carried out satisfactorily.- Conduct of code reviews of critical components in case of bespoke development.- Work closely with QRIT Security and Technology Services team to ensure compliance. Together, everything is possible **Qualifications**: About you: - 7+ Experience in full cycle implementation of ERP systems for Retail and Food and Beverage business based on Microsoft Dynamics D365 (F&O and Business Central with LS Hospitality suite). - Experience in implementing and managing Food and Beverage business with more than 50 outlets with Dine-in and Take-Away concepts. - Ability to articulate end to end business process and map requirements to product capabilities - Excellent understanding of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central technical architecture and customization capabilities. - Experience in configuring redundant and resilient ERP instances. - Experience in setting up point of sale systems in a distributed architecture. - Ability to integrate third party systems with the existing ERP ecosystem. - Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Software Quality Assurance processes. - Must have good analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot and solve problems. - Must be hands-on with IT solution, technical framework design and latest tools & technologies. - Experience in preparing, reviewing technical artefacts. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred - Managerial skills: Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to delegate work, set clear direction, manage workflow and conflict resolution.
