Technician - Hvac

Job Purpose To perform Preventive Maintenance and attend corrective maintenance call for building HVAC system Daily monitoring and inspection for Package, Split, window ACs, cold chambers, skid units, plant rooms, etc.. in W / houses, offices, accommodations, substations, plant rooms, etc Responsible for reporting any problems/malfunctions on an as need basis. Comply with all internal policies and Occupational Safety and Health Administrative (OSHA) rules while working. Must have at least 4-5-years hands-on experience in the field of HVAC maintenances. **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**: Experience in working with HVAC system such as Dx-Air cooled system, Package AC and Split AC Capable of operating above units. Must have sound knowledge electricaland control side related HVAC systems. Understand and be able to read blueprints and wiring diagrams. Must be well verse in fault finding and corrective measure arise during operation failures. Must have knowledge of building firefighting and smoke detection interlock Able to work independently and lead team with mínimal supervision Possess good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Job Requirement Graduated or diploma holder or technical certification in HVAC. 3 to 4 years of related experience.
