Mechanical-subject Matter Expert

Job Summary As our SME - Mechanical, you will be part of our 24/7 support team-based out in Qatar and responsible for technical assignment and diagnostics of equipment and system. You will assist and perform remote troubleshooting, diagnostics and find solutions to technical problems. As part of the role, you will also have the ability to recommends product or process modifications and / or improvements. Should have hands-on experience and thorough technical & engineering knowledge related to all Mechanical equipment such as Diesel engines, Pnuematic system, Hydraulic system, lifting gear, Marine systems & ancillary equipment installed on Jack-up rigs, Land rigs, Liftboats & Accomodation barges. Job Requirement Bachelors in Mechanical or Equivalent engineering with minum 10 years of experience in Marine/ Rig Maintenance & technical engineering Understanding and knowledge of Industry's statutory regulations such as API, ABS class, ASME etc Computer Based Maintenance knowledge MS Office suite moderate to advanced skill set required Managing customer relationships & stake holder management Effective communication skills Analytical and problem solving skills Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively Trust and teamwork Adapt proactively and deliver reliability.
