Bim - Structural Modeler

**BIM COORDINATOR - STRUCTURAL** **Responsibilities** - Collaborate with the project team to compile the requirements from all our builders for creating a BIM (Building Information Model) using Revit software. Develop drawings & models to maintain high quality standards. - Offer support to customers by preparing design studies. - Coordinate work with consultants, clients & regulatory agencies. - Develop project documentation in Revit. - Facilitate the completion of construction drawings. - You will identify and verify specifications by examining documents and performing required quality checks. - Responsible for the workload balancing of the BIM Coordinators, which will include distributing work among team members. - Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering is preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of BIM Coordination or equivalent experience. - Proficient in Autodesk Revit, TEKLA, Navisworks, BIM 360 etc **Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary, Contract Ability to commute/relocate: - Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - BIM Modeler: 3 years (required) Expected Start Date: 27/02/2021
