Sales Manager - Banking

**Responsibilities**: - Achieve growth and meet sales goals by successfully managing the sales team. - Sell and offer the POS/E-commerce services to prospective new merchants. - Build and encourage strong, long-term customer relationships by working with clients and understand their needs. - Research and identify new prospects and pitch to customers. - Responsible for monitoring sales team activity and performance to track sales targets and facilitate ongoing training of sales staff. **Job Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s Degree is required. - At least 5 years of experience in the sales or marketing field. - Must have previous sales experience in Banking or Financial institutions. - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. - Locally available in Qatar and can start immediately. **Salary**: From QAR8,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: - Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - Sales Manager: 5 years (required) License/Certification: - Experience in Banking industry? (required) - Qatar Driver's License (preferred)
