Description

Responsible for the day-by day office operations. Perform administrative tasks, such as typing, sorting and retrieving hard and soft copy documents. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, manage calendars schedule, deal with financial entries outgoing & incoming, invoicing, quotation etc. Implement and or develop office procedure and record systems and handling various documents and bill payments. **SKILLS AND ABILITIES** Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong computer literacy. Attention to detail and good problem solving abilities. Document Controller with Financial background Proven experience in accounting or secretarial roles Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience Bachelor's degree With valid QID and NOC Preferred Female Ability to commute/relocate: - Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
