Audit Analyst (Research)

About the role, We are looking for an experienced Audit Analyst (Research). Job Summary: An Audit Analyst (Research) is responsible for conducting research and analysis related to financial audits and other compliance-related activities. They work closely with audit teams and other stakeholders to gather and analyze data, identify risks, and make recommendations to improve processes and mitigate risks. Key Responsibilities: Conduct research and analysis related to financial audits and compliance activities Gather and review financial data, documentation, and other relevant information Identify risks and areas for improvement in financial and operational processes Develop recommendations for improvements and provide guidance to stakeholders Participate in the planning and execution of audits, including performing testing procedures and preparing workpapers Assist in the preparation of audit reports and other deliverables Communicate findings and recommendations to audit teams and other stakeholders Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in audit, accounting, or financial analysis Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Knowledge of auditing standards, principles, and techniques Ability to gather and analyze data from multiple sources Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word Experience with data analytics software is a plus If you meet the above qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and why you believe you would be a great fit for this position.
