Description
Manage the preparation and production of food, setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment. - Capable to handle manage bulk orders of catering and events. - lead and manage the at least 50 kitchen staff and train them. - Assist with menu development, specify food items standards, control and maintain food inventories, adhere to recipes and ensure smooth and safe operations. - Maintain a safe and sanitary central kitchen. - Set up and produce daily food production schedules. - Foster the development of the food production team and utility/sanitation staff. - Oversee events for timely deliveries/pick ups and food quality. - Consistently monitor and oversee all kitchen equipment for safe operations. - Have a very good experience in deferent cousins. - Have a high level experience in different food cousins. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: From QAR10,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: - Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Bachelor's (required) **Experience**: - catering: 10 years (required) **Language**: - English (required) - Arabic (required)
