Security Guard

We are hiring Security Guards for our Hotel Division with following requirements: - The Security is responsible to protect and safeguard all hotelguests, employees, their belongings and all hotel assets. Also ensuring that all hotel properties are adequately secured at all times. - Maintain the Security area, staff transportation and Guest area are well organized and cleaned, if not report to Front Office Supervisor. - Support the Drivers and Front office in the pickup, drop off of guest and during any emergency situations. - Maintain the driver log book with driver name, time, vehicle no and place. Same time report the management with the fines and penalties from driver side. - Strictly monitor and maintain no individuals took the CCTV footage and photos from the CCTV room. - Anything suspicious found, check with it inform the management and Government authority at right time and prepares the report of the same. - Monitor and maintain the First aid box and fire extinguisher in the vehicle. - Security shall be aware on handling the situation like guest complaints, misbehavior from guest to our staff. - Record and notify all risks, deviations from hotels safety standards and any untoward incidents. - Oversees first aid program for guests and employees. - Watch for suspicious persons entering, exiting or loitering around the hotel public or guest areas. - Follows up on all unusual activities in and around the property that would impair the well being of guests and employees. - Ensure compliance with all security standards and preventative measures. - Monitor and follows proper key controlguidelines in lossprevention and in the property. - Conduct investigations and compile reports on a timely manner for any theft, loss, accidents or any aspect that risk the safety of the hotel. Skills & Abilities: - High School/Graduate/Diploma - Minimum 3 years of experience as Security in Hotel Industry in Qatar - Capable to follow safety and security rules and procedures without compromises at all times is essential. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: - Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Shift availability: - Night Shift (preferred) - Day Shift (preferred)
