Unwind in the Middle East’s only wellness centre in a resort setting, spread across lush botanical gardens. **Job Description**: - Follow and implement engineering standards and engineering directives from Director of Engineering - Contribute to guest satisfaction standards by ensuring that technical support services quickly address, and where possible, anticipate, individual needs. Ensure the safety and comfort of guests and that any requests for service are handled in a courteous and efficient fashion. - Plan, formulate action plan and execute plan based on feedback from guest satisfaction survey, colleagues satisfaction survey, walk rounds and quality audits - In association with DOE provide advice to senior management on all aspects of maintenance support, environmental controls and the operational efficiency of the property. - Works with superiors in the preparation and management of the department’s budget. **Qualifications**: - School education and engineering Diploma or engineering graduation in electrical or mechanical engineering - Necessary Certificates and trainings - Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar capacity - Market knowledge of related products. - Very good English language skills with good communication abilities. - Ability to work independently. - Capability to organize and execute preventive maintenance schedules. - Positive attitude or capability to carry out fault finding.
