Group Sales Manager
Description
1. Manage the Sales Dept of the Group. 2. Responsible to control & maintain Sales Target. 3. Manage Qatar & international market & targeted/potential customers. 4. Daily meetings with sales members for guidance, support & to ensure daily tasks are met. 5. Internal monthly meetings to discuss Target updates, quoted jobs (JOH), awarded jobs pipelines (LOI’s or Contracts), approvals status (Submittals, Shopdwg’s, P/Q), sites progress. Discuss the Action Plan for the next month. 6. Submit Activity Reports monthly & quarterly to discuss it with the Group’s GM. 7. Plan, study and attend final meeting for closing the deals. 8. Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and motivate team to optimize ALL performance. 9. Develop & promote company product thru projects and local Consultants. 10. Attend with Project Manager at sites to support and ensure bill certifications. 11. Manage all communication with existing clients to maintain long term relationship through various meetings, visits or even phones. 12. Coordinate with all departments to facilitate everyday operations and maintain effective communication between Sales and those departments **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: QAR15,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: - Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
