A Limousine Driver for Delegates is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and luxurious transportation services to delegates and high-profile guests. This position requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of the passengers. **Key Responsibilities**: - Chauffeuring Services: Operate a light vehicle to transport delegates and VIP guests to various destinations, such as conferences, meetings, official events, airports, hotels, and other locations as required. - Safety and Comfort: Ensure the safety and comfort of the passengers at all times, strictly adhering to traffic laws and maintaining a smooth and pleasant driving experience. - Professional Presentation: Present oneself in a well-groomed and professional manner, reflecting the high standards of service being provided. - Route Planning: Plan and research the most efficient and appropriate routes to destinations, considering traffic conditions, construction, and other potential delays. - Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of the limousine to ensure it is in optimal condition, reporting any maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate authorities. - Passenger Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to delegates, such as opening doors, handling luggage, and offering amenities inside the limousine. - Communication: Maintain clear and courteous communication with delegates, coordinators, or other staff members to ensure seamless transportation arrangements. - Flexibility and Availability: Be flexible with working hours and be available to accommodate the delegates' schedules, which may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Protocol and Etiquette: Be knowledgeable about diplomatic protocols and etiquette, demonstrating respect for cultural sensitivities and customs when interacting with delegates and guests. - Confidentiality: Respect and protect the privacy and confidentiality of the delegates, refraining from discussing any private matters or sensitive information. - Emergency Preparedness: Be prepared to handle emergency situations effectively, following established protocols and seeking assistance when necessary. **Skills and Qualifications**: - Valid Qatar Driving License - Min. 3 years of Qatar driving experience - Excellent knowledge of local traffic regulations and routes. - Impeccable customer service and English communication skills. - Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations and adapt to changing schedules. - Professional demeanor, punctuality, and reliability. - Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality. - Strong problem-solving skills and quick decision-making abilities. **Salary**: QAR3,000.00 per month Application Question(s): - Are you available to join immediately? **Experience**: - Qatar Driving: 3 years (required) **Language**: - English fluently (required) License/Certification: - Qatar ID (required)
