Saleswoman - Motorcycle Showroom (with Riding

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Saleswoman with atleast 2-3 years of knowledge of riding motorcycles to join our motorcycle showroom team. As a Saleswoman, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling motorcycles to our valued customers. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, understanding their needs, and offering the best-suited motorcycles from our showroom, drawing from your personal riding experience. **Responsibilities**: 1. Greet customers warmly and share your passion and knowledge of motorcycles with them. 2. Actively engage with customers to understand their preferences and riding requirements. 3. Provide detailed product information, specifications, and features, based on your riding experience. 4. Conduct test rides and demonstrate the performance and handling of different motorcycles confidently. 5. Offer personalized recommendations based on customer preferences, riding style, and budget. 6. Negotiate prices and finalize sales transactions in a professional and courteous manner. 7. Follow up with prospective customers to ensure a smooth sales process. 8. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and showroom sales targets. 9. Stay updated with industry trends, new models, and competitors' offerings. Qualifications: 1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry. 2. Passionate about motorcycles with hands-on experience in riding different types of motorcycles. 3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers effectively. 4. Strong negotiation skills to close sales deals successfully. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. 6. Highly motivated, self-driven, and result-oriented individual. 7. Well-organized and attentive to details. 8. Flexibility to work on weekends and extended hours during peak sales periods. 9.
