**Quality Control Inspector - Civil** - The role requires _**significant leadership experience**_ _and _**people management skills, **_which have been developed in the _**road operations and maintenance services sector, **_with particular emphasis on health, safety, quality, and operational delivery._ - Must be having an experience in ASHGHAL roads projects experience in roads project in Qatar. - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering - Civil - Must have MME/MMUP - 7-10 years of professional experience with reputed Companies in the Construction Industry. **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment, and construction/installation activities on site. - Issues the relevant INR Quality Records and, when necessary, writes and sends them to QA QC Engineer nonconformance reports (NCR) - Checks the preparation of foundations. - Checks the correct preparation of reinforcements. - Checks the certifications regarding element mixes. LASTM test, chemical analysis, grain size analysis. - Monitors atmospheric conditions during pouring operations. - Monitors correct curing operations. - Checks the sampling operations (when required). - Reviews the laboratory examination results. - Checks sub-grade dry density. - Checks moisture content. - Checks compression strength test. - Checks after execution of costing. - Checks after concrete puring. - Checks materials quality (wire, fitting etc.). - Verifies special processes and the relevant workers’ qualifications. - Orderly collect, check and manage documents certifying tests, controls and inspections carried out witnessing the tests, controls and inspections carried out. - Check the conformity with the Quality Control Plan and obtain the relevant documentation. - Check the documents certifying the tests, controls and inspections carried out. - Ensure the correct implementation of the approved Inspection Test Plan according to Clients requirements. **Job Types**: Contract, Permanent Contract length: 36 months Application Question(s): - Your CURRENT COMPANY (CONTRACTOR) - Your CURRENT SALARY in WPS - Your SALARY EXPECTATIONS IN THE FULL PACKAGE **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - PWA ROADS PROJECTS under CONTRACTORS: 7 years (preferred) - QC INSPECTOR - CIVIL: 7 years (preferred) License/Certification: - MME/MMUP/UPDA (preferred) - LICENSED CIVIL ENGINEER (preferred)
