Job Summary: **Responsibilities**: 1. Exhibition Production: - Plan, organize, and manage various aspects of exhibition production. - Collaborate with the creative team to ensure the timely development of exhibition layouts, designs, and themes. - Coordinate logistics for exhibits, including transportation, setup, and teardown. 2. Site Supervision: - Oversee on-site activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards. - Manage the setup and arrangement of exhibition materials, booths, and displays. - Address any on-site issues or challenges that may arise during setup and exhibition periods. 3. Vendor Coordination: - Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to secure necessary materials and services. - Negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of required exhibition components. 4. Communication: - Maintain clear and proactive communication with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders. - Provide regular updates on project progress, timelines, and any potential issues. 5. Quality Control: - Ensure that all exhibition setups and displays meet established quality and design standards. - Conduct inspections to identify and resolve any defects or discrepancies. 6. Health and Safety: - Implement and enforce health and safety protocols during setup, exhibition, and teardown. - Address any safety concerns promptly to maintain a secure environment for all involved parties. 7. Team Collaboration: - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and event coordinators, to align on project objectives. - Delegate tasks effectively and provide guidance to team members when needed. **Requirements**: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in organizing and producing exhibitions in Qatar. - Proven experience in site supervision and production coordination. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration. - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. - Flexibility to work on a temporary basis for 22 days. - Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to event setups. - Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in a fast-paced environment. **Job Type**: Contract Contract length: 22 days
