**Arch BIM Modeler Duties and Responsibilities**: - Create 3D models of building elements to support construction initiatives by working with Architects - Develop model families (primarily Revit families) for general and project-specific needs - Work with other modelers, CAD Specialists, and Designers to build/manage model databases, templates, and standard procedures - Perform quality checks on modeling efforts of others to ensure tools support upstream engineering or downstream project management - Investigate and develop methods to use BIM models or software tools to support architecture. - Preparation of Revit Models as up to LOD 400. **Arch BIM Modeler Requirements**: - Diploma or equivalent Degree or Civil Engineering/Architecture. - 5+ Years of relevant experience in building projects. - Sufficient knowledge for the BIM software (Revit 2020 / Navisworks / BIM 360) - Able to complete models and shop drawings in a timely and quality manner. **Job Types**: Temporary, Contract, Full-time Contract length: 3 months Application Question(s): - Do you have your own visa? - You can join immediately? - Are you currently working? - Total years of experience as an Architectural BIM Modeler?
