Description
Responsible to undertake the operational activities at the shawarma, sandwich and work stations. - To produce shawarma, food from the wok and sandwiches efficiently, adhering to brand standards at all times. - To have a full knowledge on using specific equipment. - To maintain the high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety. - To maintain adequate stocks of food and packaging at the station. - To be responsible in anticipating the level of business and produce shawarma, sandwiches and other cooked food, in line with the demand and orders. - To assist the management in maintaining standards by reporting any problem in the surroundings. - To notify the manager of the specific guest needs or requirement. - To ensure that requirements related to Food Safety (ISO 22000: 2018), Quality Management (9001: 2015) and HSE (ISO 14001: 2015 & ISO 45001: 2018) are implemented and maintained within the department - All documents/records related to Food Safety & HSE (where applicable) shall be kept up to date. - Food safety/HSE Policy and objectives (as applicable to the department) to be followed and updated. - In addition to above, you are responsible to perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Restaurant Supervisor / Manager related to Food Service Operations in accordance with Company’s Policies & Procedures and any applicable state and Qatar Laws. **Salary**: QAR4,000.00 per month Application Question(s): - How soon you can join us?
