A top-notch Recruitment Specialist will have in-depth knowledge of labor laws as well as current hiring trends **Responsibilities;** - Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements for White Collar & Blue Collar positions - Discussing and establishing qualification requirements and terms and conditions of employment with managers - Formulating detailed job descriptions and posting them - Maintaining a database on employees for future vacancies. - Producing reports on hiring plans and strategies. - Providing recruitment reports to team managers - Analyzing the performance of recruitment agencies (for Blue collars) and recommending improvements or changes. **Qualifications, mandatory to have the following criteria's below**: - Experienced in mass & bulk recruitment is mandatory required - Broad knowledge in Qatar Labor Law - With minimum 2 years of experience in the same position within Qatar - Excellent communication skills, fluent in English & Arabic - Proficient in Microsoft Office including word, excel, functions - Must be Locally available in QATAR - With valid Transferable Qatar ID - Able to join immediately - Arabic is highly preferred **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: From QAR8,000.00 per month Application Question(s): - How soon you can Join? - What is your Visa status, Working or Family Visa? - What is your Qatar ID Occupation? - How much is your expected salary in Full package (all inclusive), Please note that we are not offering a Family package. **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - Qatar Labor law: 1 year (preferred) - Recruitment Specialist in Qatar: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - English & Arabic (preferred) License/Certification: - Transferable Qatar ID (preferred)
