Description

Experience in cooking with a Tandoor and be able to make delicious and good quality naan, roti, tikka, etc. Prepare and cook tandoori dishes from raw ingredients. Working knowledge and familiarities of India cuisine menus. Inform head chef about tandoori stocks and utilize them appropriately. Cooperate with other chefs in their need and be able to make basic dishes i.e., plain rice, pulao, basic curries such as chicken/meat/lamb curry. Knowledge of quality control, organizing and maintaining kitchen equipment, looking after hygiene standards, monitoring safety standards. Skills, experience and qualifications requirements: - High level creative skills in preparation of authentic Tandoori dishes. - Proven previous experience at required skill level - Must be able to work in a team or independently using one’s own initiative. - Performance, achievement and results driven - An eye for detail - Able to work well with others - Energetic, physically fit and in good health - Fast paced and be able to work under pressure NOTE: ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATE WILL BE CONTACT.
