Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer inquiries or issues. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication skills. **Duties**: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving billing issues - Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions - Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products - Handle escalated calls or complaints with empathy and professionalism - Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals **Requirements**: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (bilingual in Spanish is a plus) - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet - Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple computer systems simultaneously - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required - Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month **Education**: - Diploma of Higher Education (preferred) **Experience**: - customer service: 1 year (required) Licence/Certification: - Driving Licence (preferred)
