events & Promotions Executive (Male Preferred)

Hiring “**Events & Promotions Executive”** for our reputed **Shopping Mall (Children’s Indoor Amusement Center)** in Qatar. **Salary Offered: 6000 QAR - 7000 QAR per month (Salary will be based on your interview performance)** **Vertical: Shopping Mall (Children’s Indoor Amusement Center)** **Qualifications, Mandatory to have the below**: 1. Should possess atleast **3+ year of experience in events and promotions management** preferably in the amusement or entertainment industry including GCC market exposure. 2. Experience in **amusement or entertainment industries will be an advantage**. 3. Must be Locally available in QATAR with valid **Qatar ID along with NOC**. 4. Should hold **valid Qatar driving license mandatory**. 5. Arabic language skills will be an added advantage. 6. Must possess Ability to plan and execute projects with many moving parts & Creativity in crafting internal and external events. 7. Should be familiar with event trends and developments. 8. Having Local market experience in organizing events in Qatar is preferred including Knowledge of local market dynamics, cultural preferences, and regulatory requirements is advantageous. 9. Demonstrated success in organizing and executing events, managing promotional campaigns, and fostering community engagement initiatives. 10. Bachelor’s degree in related field. 11. Having the similar experience mentioned as per the Job responsibilities is very essential. 12. Should be flexible to work extra hours or on Off days during Events / upon requirements. **Job Role**: 1. Act as a one-stop shop detailed event planning and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to run events and promotions for the park. 2. Raise awareness of new products, promotions, drives, or initiatives through events. 3. Keep event plans under budget and on schedule. 4. Reach out to potential sponsors and collaborators. 5. Advertise events through multiple channels. 6. Drive new business with compelling events and promotions. 7. Having good knowledge of competitors, their main attractions and events conducted. Prepare events to counter competitors. 8. Identify market trends and create activities/events/promotions to create a buzz and pull crowds into the park. **Other Skills and Qualifications** 1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with problem-solving acumen. 2. Able to work independently, multitasking, and handle work pressure in fast pace working environment. 3.
